Fender introduced Ocean Turquoise in the mid-60’s. This is a dark metallic turquoise finish.
Vintage Fender’s with a Lake Placid Blue finish can often be mistaken for Ocean Turquoise once the clear coats have ambered.
Should be clear coated prior to wet sanding and polish.
