Returns
Returns within Canada will be granted within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused and individual products must be unopened.
Please email us at sales@oxfordguitarsupply.com to initiate your return. Include your order number, full name and address, and the reason for your return.
A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the total refunded amount, whether or not the original order has shipped.
If free shipping was granted on the original order, that amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once the return has been received by Oxford Guitar Supply Co, it will be inspected to ensure all items are in new, unopened condition. Please allow up to two weeks for the refunded amount to appear on your method of payment.
Orders within the US unfortunately are not eligible for return due to hazmat shipping restrictions
Touchup Pens are made to order and therefor cannot be refunded.
Shipping
Oxford Guitar Supply Co can ship within Canada and the continental US.
Due to the flammable nature of our lacquers we can only ship Ground service.
Once your order is placed it will likely ship within 1-3 business days however if we are waiting on a raw material it may take as long as 2 weeks.
Once your order has been dispatched to the proper carrier you will be emailed tracking info. Shipments generally arrive within 6 business days from the day of being picked up.
